01 / PROJECT BASICS

Getting Started

What types of projects does George Group support?

George Group works with residential and commercial project clients, including homeowners, contractors, developers and designers. Projects can involve one product category or a coordinated selection of building materials and interiors. The exact scope is discussed before a quotation is prepared.

Can I order only a few product categories?

Yes. You can start with the products your project needs rather than ordering a full-house package. Send the categories, quantities and any customization requirements so the team can check suitable supply options.

What should I prepare for my first enquiry?

Start with your project location, product list or floor plan, reference images, approximate quantities and target timeline. You do not need finalized drawings for an initial discussion. A detailed quotation will require confirmed specifications and quantities.

Can I visit the showroom or work remotely?

George Group has a showroom in Foshan, China, and also discusses remote selection through product information, drawings, photos or video. If you plan to visit, contact the team ahead of time to confirm the location, available displays and appointment.

02 / PRODUCT SELECTION

Products & Customization

What product categories can George Group supply?

The published range includes kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, windows, doors, furniture, lighting, bathroom products, flooring, tiles and stone. Share your project list to confirm available models, specifications and any category-specific requirements.

Can products be customized from my drawings?

Many products support custom dimensions, materials and finishes. Provide the latest drawings and product details so the team can review what can be manufactured. Feasibility, sample requirements and charges depend on the selected product.

Can you coordinate with my architect or contractor?

Yes. Project discussions can use your architect's plans, room schedules, BOQ and technical references. Before production, confirm who checks site measurements, approves drawing revisions and is responsible for installation on site.

Can I approve drawings and samples before production?

Drawings, material references and samples can be part of the approval process. For made-to-order items, the team needs an agreed drawing version, final sizes, finishes and hardware before manufacturing.

Ask what type of sample is available, whether it represents the finished product and what it costs. Record approvals in writing so production and later inspections use the same references.

03 / COST & ORDERING

Pricing & Orders

How is pricing calculated for a project?

A project quotation is built around the approved product list, dimensions, materials, quantities and requested services. Two prices are only comparable when they cover the same specification.

Ask for an itemized quotation showing accessories, drawing or sample work, inspection, packing and shipping. Freight, customs charges and local installation should be identified separately where applicable.

Is a one-stop order always cheaper than buying from factories?

Not necessarily for every product. A direct factory price can be lower for an individual item, while a coordinated order may reduce the effort of dealing with multiple suppliers and arranging separate shipments.

Compare the total scope: matched specifications, order coordination, inspections, packing, freight and possible rework. This gives a more meaningful comparison than looking at unit prices alone.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the product, finish, stock and level of customization. Some categories may accommodate small project orders, while others have production requirements. Send your quantities to confirm what is practical before finalizing the order.

What payment methods and terms are available?

George Group's related sites describe bank transfer and online payment options. The method, deposit, payment milestones and receiving account should be confirmed in the formal quotation or contract. Do not send payment based only on informal messages.

04 / PROJECT CONTROL

Production & Quality

How are products from different suppliers coordinated?

George Group describes a coordinated process covering product selection, approved specifications, order follow-up and shipment planning. For a multi-category project, confirm a shared product list, key milestones and who approves changes, so one category does not create unexpected issues for the others.

Will I receive updates during production?

Progress updates, photos and inspection records can be discussed as part of the project plan. Before production, agree which stages will be reported, when approvals are needed and who will receive the updates. The reporting scope may differ by product and order.

How is product quality checked before shipment?

Quality checks should refer to the drawings, samples and specifications approved for your order. Depending on the product, checks may cover dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, operation and quantities. Packing labels and protection should also be reviewed before shipping.

Agree in advance which checks use sampling, what photographs or reports you need and whether independent testing is required. A visual inspection does not replace a product-specific performance or safety test.

What happens if a product does not match the approved specification?

First, document the issue and compare the product with the approved drawing, sample or written specification. The project team can review the findings and discuss correction, replacement, reinspection or revised approval before shipment.

Ask for the agreed resolution to be recorded, including any effect on cost or delivery. The applicable remedy depends on the issue and the written order terms.

05 / SHIPPING & SUPPORT

Delivery & After-Sales

Can different product categories ship together?

Yes. George Group offers warehousing and consolidation for orders from multiple suppliers. A combined shipment needs planning around packing sizes, production readiness and handling requirements. If some items are delayed, ask whether split shipping is possible and what it would cost.

Do you offer door-to-door shipping and customs support?

George Group's logistics pages describe port delivery and door-to-door options, including DDP for some destinations. The right arrangement depends on your country, shipment and site access.

Before confirming the order, ask for the delivery term in writing and check which party covers freight, cargo insurance, customs clearance, taxes or duties, local transportation and unloading. Do not assume all of these services are included in a product price.

How long will production and delivery take?

Timing varies with drawings, sample approval, quantities, custom work and the destination. Request separate milestones for approvals, production, inspection, packing, transit and local delivery. Changes after approval or customs processing can affect the final schedule.

Do you provide installation support?

Product documents and remote installation guidance are described on George Group's related sites. On-site technicians, local installation labor and their costs must be agreed separately when available. Confirm the support included for your exact products before ordering.

What if goods arrive damaged, missing or incorrect?

Keep the packaging, carton labels and order reference. Record the affected quantities and send clear photos or videos to your project contact within the agreed reporting period. These details help the team compare your delivery with the packing and order records.

The next step may involve a review, insurance claim, repair or replacement. The available remedy and any costs depend on the findings, product coverage and written agreement.
